The Foundation for the Support of Alternative and Ecological Cultures, Klinika Lalek, and Strefa Kultury Wrocław invite audiences to a festival filled with extraordinary events for children, parents, and families. This year’s lineup includes performances by artists from the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Belgium, and Poland.

In September, Wrocław will once again become the capital of children’s theatre. The 11th edition of the International Children’s Theatre Festival “Dziecinada” will take place from 10th to 14th of September, bringing with it a brand-new outdoor venue. Festival events will be held at Impart Centrum, the Academy of Theatre Arts, and Firlej.

The festival’s highlight will be a full day of open-air activities on 13th of September, set in the picturesque surroundings of OPT Zamek in Leśnica. The green square at Świętojański 1 Square will transform into a vibrant space filled with performances, workshops, animations, concerts, lectures, and community gatherings.

This year’s edition of “Dziecinada” promises to be particularly spectacular. The audience will have the chance to experience performances that have gained international acclaim.
“We are thrilled to welcome artists to Wrocław whose work we’ve admired for years and always dreamed of sharing with our audiences,” says Wiktoria Wiktorczyk, the festival’s Artistic Director.

The diverse program will feature a broad spectrum of theatrical forms – from movement theatre and street performances to circus acts, visual theatre, and intimate puppet and dramatic shows. Each event is carefully tailored to specific age groups, from toddlers to teenagers.
