Workshop and Animation Zone at the “Dziecinada” Open-Air Day

On the terraces of OPT Zamek, both young and older participants will find plenty of attractions! Cultural animators will prepare a day full of excitement and unforgettable experiences for the youngest guests. Partner activities will be available until 7:00 p.m.

Through workshops and meetings, children will have the chance to develop their artistic, manual, and interpersonal skills – all through shared creative experiences in the world of art.

Film Zone – Creative Activities Inspired by Cinema

Film puzzles, clapboard making, drawing memory strips, and collaborative film poster design – a creative space for children and parents inspired by the magic of cinema.

Activity and Creativity Zone – Sports, Crafts, and Fun

Karate demonstration, sports games, wicker workshops (making wreaths), coloring, and temporary tattoos. A variety of physical and artistic activities designed to spark imagination, support motor skill development, and provide lots of fun.

Superminds Academy

Soroban and Science Experiments

Demonstration classes combining the basics of mental arithmetic using the soroban with a scientific experiment from the CLIL Science module. Superminds Academy is an innovative program for children that develops logical thinking, creativity, and self-confidence by blending learning with play. We are the only program in Poland offering classes with Japanese ISHIDO-SHIKI accreditation.

Sisters in the Game

Board Games with a Mission – Fun That Develops

Presentation of three board games (including two original creations) that develop logical thinking, cooperation, and creativity. Each game is a unique adventure – for children and adults alike.

Emotions and Relationships Zone – Supporting the Development of Children and Adults

Coloring with a message, activities exploring personal strengths, and a mini-workshop on emotions – simple yet meaningful activities that support the emotional development of children and adults.

Self-Coronation – Craft with a Message

Creating colorful crowns from recycled materials – a workshop that develops creativity and a sense of agency, inviting children and adults to play as kings and queens of their own worlds.

Linocut Workshops – Create Your Own Stamp

Participants will design and create their own stamp by carving a pattern into linoleum and printing it using a press or a spoon. This is a creative introduction to the art of printmaking and workshop graphics.

BrainConcept 

BrainRx Cognitive Skills Training – Exercises for Bright Minds

Individual 1:1 demonstration cognitive training sessions with a trainer, along with exercises on a computer platform. Classes based on the BrainRx method strengthen key brain functions: memory, focus, logical thinking, and other skills essential for learning and daily life. For children, this is a chance to experience how brain training works – actively and with full engagement!

Gerelis – The Language School of Wrocław

Language and Creative Workshops with Native Speakers

A creative, high-energy play zone with language! Gerelis invites children to join interactive games and creative activities, allowing them to naturally immerse themselves in a language, have fun, and develop their creative skills.

Language games with native speakers (English and German) in three age groups:

  • 1:30-2:00 p.m. → children 3–6 years

  • 3:00-3:30 p.m. → children 7–9 years

  • 4:00-4:30 p.m. → children 10–12 years

Face painting – artistic activity in two sessions:

  • 2:00-2:45 p.m.

  • 4:00-4:45 p.m.

Salt dough workshops – available throughout the zone for children aged 3–12.

Zone hours: 1:00-5:00 p.m.

Kryjówka – Workshop of Creative Activities

Create Your Own Keychain or Pendant – Creative Workshop for Everyone

A workshop where participants can make their own keychain or backpack charm. Colorful materials and creative freedom make this an ideal activity for some hands-on fun between other Outdoor Day events. No rush, just smiles – simply creative!

"Postcard from Leśnica" – collage workshop with plants and cut-outs

Ośrodek Postaw Twórczych Zamek

Workshop “Postcard from Leśnica” – creative art activities inspired by the history and nature of Leśnica. Participants will create unique collages using plants, cut-outs, and drawings, presenting their own vision of the castle and its surroundings.

Format: open workshop, participants may join at any time

"Mom! Dad! Take Me to the Theatre!" – Lecture

Hosted by: Anna Sanecka

Interactive Educational Lecture on why attending performances with your child is more than just a trip to the theatre. The session will explore the role of parents in a child’s theatrical experience and the benefits for both sides.

Topics include:

  • Why theatre with family is different from a school outing

  • The values of sharing artistic experiences together

  • How to create family rituals around culture

Audience: Adults (parents, guardians, educators)
